5 parts: + 1 garnish



1 part – Pernod Absinthe


2 parts – orange juice


1 part – sour mix


1 part – Perrier



Shake once in cocktail mixer
Pour over ice
Garnish with orange slice, on rim.

2 Oz Canadian Rye Whisky

1 Oz Pineapple Juice

1 Oz Lemon Juice

¼ Oz Maraschino

Perrier

Shake all the ingredients, except for the Perrier. Strain in a hurricane glass over ice then top with Perrier. Garnish with a pineapple stick and a maraschino cherry.

2 Oz Irish Whiskey

1 ½ Oz Lemon Juice

1 Oz Lime Juice

1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar

1 Dash Grenadine

Perrier

Shake all the ingredients, except Perrier, well. Pour in a Collins glass then top with Perrier. Drop a cherry in the drink to garnish.

4 Mint Sprigs

2 Tsp Brown Sugar

2 Oz Bourbon

1 Oz Perrier

Muddle the mint together with the sugar and soda in an old-fashioned glass. Pour the whiskey, add crushed ice and stir.

1½ Oz Passion Fruit Liqueur

½ Oz Lime Juice

Perrier

Add ice cubes to a Highball glass, pour Passion Fruit Liqueur and Lime juice and fill with cold Perrier. Garnish with a lime twist.

1½ Oz Cognac

1½ Oz Light Rum

1½ Oz Orange Curacao

Perrier

Fill a Champagne glass to the rim with crushed ice. Pour cognac, Light Rum and Orange Curacao over the ice. Top up with Perrier. Garnish with an orange wheel.

2 Oz Campari

Perrier

Pour Campari into an ice-filled Highball, top with Perrier. Garnish with an orange wheel.

3 Oz lemon-flavored Rum

1 Oz Triple Sec

1 Oz Orange Juice

1Oz Cranberry Juice

Perrier

Shake all ingredients except Perrier and pour into a Highball, add Perrier. Garnish with lemon, lime and orange slices.

8-10 Mint Sprigs

4 Lime Slices

2 oz White Rum

1 Oz Lime Juice

1 ½ Tsp Sugar

Perrier

Lightly muddle ingredients in a mixing glass, pour the mix in a Cabernet Glass, add crushed ice and top with Perrier. Garnish with a mint and a lime slice.

1¼ Oz Tequila

1 Tsp Sugar

1½ Oz lemon

Perrier

Shake Tequila, Sugar, and Lemon Juice with ice.  Strain over crushed ice in a Collins glass.  Fill with Perrier.  Stir.  Garnish with Lemon slice.
