Cocktail Recipe: Sublimation by Perrier
To create a Perrier sublimation you will need three shot glasses, fresh cucumber, watermelon, fresh ginger and a Perrier tray.
Process
- On a tray, place three shot glasses (6 cl)
- Using a Parisian baller (22mm diameter) make three balls of fresh cucumber, watermelon and fresh ginger
- Place the fruit balls in the glasses,then pour cold Perrier over the fruit. Allow to infuse for one minute. The Perrier bubbles will extract the fresh fruit flavors.
