Dale LoSasso: Miami

DaleLaSasso

Dale LoSasso, Director of Food and Beverage at The Standard Spa, works in paradise overseeing all aspects of food, beverage and breathtaking bayside sunsets.

Dale returned to South Florida in 2004 to open North One 10, the celebrated contemporary American restaurant owned and operated by herself and her husband. Dale has held top management positions in South Florida’s most acclaimed hotels and restaurants including, Gotham Steak, Mark’s South Beach, Chef Allen’s and most recently W South Beach.  She also served as corporate wine director for China Grill Management, managing 24 restaurants and six concept wine programs in New York, Las Vegas, California and Florida.

After enjoying a yoga class at The Standard Spa Dale heads home to Miami Shores to her chef/husband Dewey, daughters Zoe and Siena, two rescue dogs and a giant mango tree.
