Dimensions Festival: Croatian Rave In An Abandoned Fort
Croatia has come into its own on the global festival circuit in recent years by presenting quality music festivals like Garden Festival Croatia. The team behind Croatia's successful bass oriented Outlook Festival has announced it will present a new annual soiree, Dimensions, kicking off September 6-9. Taking place in an an abandoned fort in picturesque Fort Punta Christo (see photo above), just outside of Pula, and offering boat parties and all sorts of swanky accommodations, the main event will showcase world-class house and techno DJs. The lineup is still coming together but so far the confirmed list of talent is impressive: Detroit's Theo Parrish and Moodymann, Berghain residents Marcel Dettmann and Ben Klock, New York's Levon Vincent as well as UK bass phenoms Scuba, Shackleton, 2562, Blawan, Boddika, and Joy Orbison and the entire Hessle Audio crew (Pearson Sound, Pangaea and Ben UFO). Tickets are £120. Check Dimension's tumblr for more information, keeping in mind the event's full website will launch in February.
