While London quite rightly receives high praise for its array of world-class musical acts, always keep one eye peeled to the west to the city of Bristol. Known for serving as a launching pad groundbreaking acts ranging like Massive Attack and Portishead back in the day to more recently Ben Westbeech, one of the latest duos to burst out Bristol is KOAN Sound. Signed to Skrillex's OWSLA label, this pair of experimental dubsteppers have just dropped an offbeat, highly quirky gem in the form of "Sly Fox," a track from their new The Adventures of Mr. Fox EP out on September 4.
