Kate Moss Mural by Mr. Brainwash Colors Oxford Street
Thierry Guetta, better known as Mr. Brainwash, is debuting in London with a tribute to Kate Moss. A mural of the fashion icon currently paints the side of a building on Oxford Street and it's a most fitting dedication, capturing in its streaking colors and smears the pop-art vibe of the artist's style much like his front cover for Celebration by Madonna three years ago.
The mural is just a taste however. His upcoming exhibition starts August 5 and will be a complete takeover of The Old Sorting Office which will be outfitted with giant installations, murals and many other original fine art explorations. Guests will also receive free posters and postcards so if you happen to catch a glimpse of Moss's face on Oxford, make sure to swing over to the full exhibit down on Station Road.
