Cocktail Recipe: Perrier French Way
Blending French cocktail history and modern application, The French Way is a perfect way to add a vintage touch to any cocktail experience.
In a mixing glass, use a muddler to crush 1 ¼ of a lemon, 1 cl of sugar cane syrup and 2 slices of fresh ginger.
Add ice cubes and stir using a bar spoon. Double sieve into an absinthe glass. Add colour to a sugar cube using blue Curacao then place the sugar cube on an absinthe spoon over the glass.
To serve, pour cold Perrier over the blue sugar cube and let it melt. Stir the cocktail.
