Cocktail Recipe: Perrier Mojito Passion
Invoke visions of Old Havana and the famed La Bodeguita del Medio with Perrier's sweet twist on the famed mojito cocktail.
The Process:
In a tall cocktail glass place the flesh of half a passion fruit, 8 mint leaves and 1 cl of lime juice. Crush with a muddler then pour 2 cl of MONIN passion fruit syrup. Add 4 cl of rum and 5 cl of Perrier and stir. Fill half the glass with crushed ice and stir well. Top the glass with crushed ice, add 2 straws, half a passion fruit and a sprig of mint.
