Cocktail Recipe: Perrier Paris-Hong Kong

Paris in the evening and Hong Kong in the morning? This Perrier cocktail is an ode to the life of any jet-setter.

The Process
In a nice tumbler glass filled with ice cubes pour 4 cl of Cognac VSOP, 1 dash of orange bitters, and 1 long orange peel. Pour over cold Perrier and stir. Enjoy!
