Pitti Uomo Gets French Flavor From Kitsuné and Kenzo
When fashion hounds flock to Florence for Pitti Uomo it always adds up to the ultimate Italian menswear event, but the next time around, there'll be a dash of French flavoring to the proceedings as well, with the addition of Kitsuné Maison and Kenzo to the roster. Granted, there was some sort of precedent set last time around via the presence of Carven, but now the Gallic grandeur will expand even further. Fashion-forward lines by both of the aforementioned French labels will be on offer at the next Pitti Uomo fair, which is happening on January 8 to11 of next year. Actually, only Kenzo will be putting their menswear on display for the event -- Kitsuné will be tossing a women's line of designs out for all to see. With the 83rd (!) occurrence of the internationally renowned fashion fair coming up, getting a French infusion makes for a good global look, and of course, we can't help but wonder whether this means we'll be seeing even more Frenchmen turning up for Pitti Uomo #84.
