ReviveR Cocktail Bar Throws Fundraiser For Mixologist Murray Stenson
World renowned mixologist Murray Stenson has given much to the world of cocktail culture and now he needs our help. Stenson has spent years providing the world with innovative cocktail creations, having been named Bartender of the Year at the 2010 Tales of the Cocktail and having revolutionized Seattle's bar scene, but despite his accomplishments, he has no health insurance and is in need of crucial heart surgery.
Australia's ReviveR Cocktail Bar owes a lot to Stenson, it being co-founded by one of Stenson's devoted disciples Gordon Ryan. The bar will be returning the favor with a fundraiser for the bartender on November 3. Featuring award-winning mixologist Shane Sahr who will be serving up five of Stenson's most popular cocktails, money from each drink sold and all tips will be donated to MurrayAid, a donation campaign set up to benefit the bartender. This is the only fundraising event outside of North America being thrown for Murray Stenson so if all pitch in, we can all help save a truly great man.
