Sydney Bartender Philip Gandevia Gives Perrier the Master Treatment With 'The Roosevelt Fizz'
It's always a good sign when a master bartender gets their hands on Perrier, and Philip Gandevia of The Roosevelt in Sydney is one of the latest to do so. Concrete Playground recently turned to Gandevia for an addition to their DIY cocktail series. The barman answered the challenge with The Roosevelt Fizz, a gin-based, lemon and lime cocktail with marshmallow and egg white.
