Cocktail Recipe: The Semei Sour

Ingredients:
Nikka from the barrel :50ml
Plum liquor :20ml
Yuzu juice :20ml
Sugar syrup : 2.5ml
Egg White : 20ml
Orange bitter : 2 dashes
Plum bitter : 2 dashes

Method:
Dry shake to emulsify the ingredients then shake over ice, pour in a nikka bottle in a wooden box filled up with crushed ice, smoked the drink with a blend of apricot and peach wooden chips finally pour the cocktail over a hand carve ice ball in a old fashion glass. Fragrance with an orange zest.
