Club of the Week: We Fear Silence Presents Blueprint
Following Jeff Mills’ jaw-dropping set at Cable in August, underground techno label and club night We Fear Silence has invited Mills’ fellow Underground Resistance band member Robert Hood to play at its latest party.
The techno pioneer will perform his lauded live show, which blends vintage tracks with more contemporary beats, as well as a DJ set.
Given that Hood has played such a pivotal role in the global techno scene through his work with UR and his M-Plant imprint this is a rare opportunity to see the great man in the flesh.
He’s joined by We Fear Silence’s very own king of minimal James Ruskin, Mark Broom from Blueprint Records and Glasgow-based techno king TVO.
