Cocktail Recipe: Perrier Beluga Pear
Piquing the interests of discerning guests with an ever-evolving cocktail menu, Tel Aviv's Messa recently added this refreshing drink to their menu. The fruity concoction pairs perfectly with one of Chef Aviv Moshe's gourmet Israeli dishes, and is equally enjoyable as a a pre- or post-dinner aperitif.
Crush the pear in the shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and ice. Shake well and filter into a chilled martini glass. Top with Perrier and garnish with a slice of pear. Serve alongside remaining Perrier.
