Gig: As part of the Popfest all-dayer at the legendary 100 Club, indie gems Allo Darlin’ headline a day of quality guitar pop also featuring Comet Gain and This Many Boyfriends. Expect heartfelt songs of love and loss with a sense of humour and a sweet DIY aesthetic.

Festival: The intriguing Vault Festival has been taking place in the labyrinthine Old Vic tunnels over the last few weeks. The fascinating arts fest culminates this weekend with a plethora of cabaret shows, live bands and obscure performances that will tickle the mind forever.

Club night: All Gone Pete Tong at the Village Underground on Saturday (Feb 25) features the legendary Pete Tong with Eats Everything and Kompakt’s Blond:ish. This night was a massive success in Ibiza last year and its capital debut will be something pretty special indeed.
