Blue Bar
You don’t have to drink wine at Blue Bar, but you’d be a fool not to at least start the night with a glass of two from its expansive and carefully considered wine list. After all, the bar is housed within London’s wine and spirit tasting destination Vinopolis. Housed under the railway arches near the river at London Bridge, the Blue Bar was designed by architects Greig + Stephenson and is the perfect destination for a post-work drink. As well as the impressive wine and bubbly list, there is a formidable cocktail menu that showcases the mixing skills of some of London’s finest bartenders.
