Culture Collide Festival Taking Place on Virgin America Flight
Filter Magazine's third annual Culture Collide Festival will return to Los Angeles on October 4, bringing four days of incredible music, art, film and a handful of very special events — including the first ever featured in-flight airplane party.
Partnering with Virgin America airlines, the music rag is launching the event "I’m With The Band," the cross country in-flight party transporting festival groupies from New York to L.A. for the fiesta.
VX Flight 409 will land in LAX the afternoon before the festival begins, giving passengers a sneak peak of festival fever with exclusive in-flight performances from of Montreal’s Kevin Barnes and School of Seven Bells, along with an acoustic performances by Penguin Prison.
Kicking off with such a unique event, this year's festival is set to be bigger and better than ever before, with international appearances by of Montreal, Junip, Patrick Wolf, Class Actress, Tribes and Blood Red Shoes.
