Prolific multi-instrumentalist Shawn Lee's new album, Synthesizers in Space, has two release dates. On July 10 doyens of all things wax can savor the release of the vinyl version of his new album while those in the CD/digital world will have to wait until July 24 to get their hands on Lee's latest and greatest.
Whatever the medium, Lee's new album is overflowing with retro synths and lots of black-and-white wizardry."Head Up" from the new album boasts a rollicking tempo and ably sums up Lee's keyboard prowess. Be sure to catch the London-based Lee when his tour supporting Synthesizers in Space plays Satellite on August 24.
