Nab a New Paper Diamond Mix in Time For Night Vision Tour
Paper Diamond doesn't do anything by rote. Just as his music freely mixes bass, electro, hip-hop, and anything else he damn well pleases, Alex Botwin (Well, you didn't think his parents named him Paper, did you?) carves out his own path for producing a stage show. His new Night Vision tour, which takes him all over America and starts — synchronize your watches — now, will benefit not only from the idiosyncratic PD aesthetic, but from his involvement in the multimedia artistic collective known as Elm & Oak. With their help, he mapped out a fresh approach to his stage setup, where graphics and LED panels explode into kaleidoscopic paroxysms of color and light, incorporating Botwin's trademark Diamond motif.
In order to help get his fans psyched up for the Night Vision tour, Paper Diamond has put together a brand new mix to commemorate the kickoff. It includes some previously unheard PD tracks as well as some of his current favorite cuts. Whether or not you're able to experience the Night Vision tour in all its audio-visual glory, you can still grab the new mix now at SoundCloud. You can catch a preview of the Night Vision look and sound below, and snap up some tickets for the tour here.
