Upcoming Event: Alt-J + Erika Spring @ The Echo
Last year, while Erika Foster (pictured) was performing with her Brooklyn-based synth-pop trio Au Revoir Simone, Cambridge band Alt-J was getting considerable airplay across the pond. An Echo audience will soon get their fill of both sounds when Foster, now known as Erika Spring, and Alt-J perform their latest material. As Spring presents airy tracks from her self-titled LP, expect more of the clever lyrics and offbeat instrumentals from Alt-J that have pegged them a hit back home.
