The Del Monte Speakeasy
A remnant from the Prohibition era, The Del Monte Speakeasy captures the feel of 1920s American nightlife for today's generation. Much like the original Del Monte that was located underneath a grocery store, the new legal one can be found in the basement of Townhouse, a place that also has a long history in this city, having stood for nearly 100 years. Featuring live music, DJs, burlesque shows and a slew of craft cocktails, it's a fantastic spot for those looking for a happening throwback. Having survived well beyond the years in which it was outlawed, The Del Monte has come a long way and plans on keeping up the good work for years to come.
