Racial Profiling En Anonymous
Como parte de la agenda este primer mes del año, Anonymous presentó una serie de retratos hechos por Carlos Álvarez Montero en colaboración con Mex and the City a aquellos mexicanos que han logrado destacarse en una de las ciudades mas cosmopolita: Nueva York y también aquellos que viviendo en Distrito Federal han logrado conectarse con ella.
La única oportunidad de apreciar este proyecto por el momento que lleva el nombre de Racial Profiling se presentó el viernes 13 de enero en la galería ubicada en Zacatecas 173, en la Roma. Una exhibición de una sola noche donde el equipo de Mex and the City, amigos, retratados, fotógrafo y curiosos se reunieron para disfrutar de deliciosos mojitos con un toque de Perrier disfrutando a la par de la música a cargo de Daniel y Gabriel de Avanti.

As part of the agenda this first month of the year, Anonymous shows a series of portraits made by Carlos Alvarez Montero in collaboration with Mex and the City about those Mexicans who have managed to stand out a cosmopolitan city: New York and also about those who living in Mexico City have successfully connected with it.
The only chance to see this project that bears the name of Racial Profiling for the moment was presented on Friday 13 of January at the gallery located in Zacatecas 173, in the Roma neigborhood. A one-night show where the team of Mex and the City, friends, those ported, the photographer and the curious gathered to enjoy delicious mojitos with a twist of Perrier at the same time enjoying the music by Gabriel and Daniel from Avanti.
Racial Profiling nos habla sobre el mexicano contemporáneo cuya identidad es resultado de la mezcla tanto de raza como de culturas. En la serie de NY se muestran mexicanos en moda, diseño, arte y comida como Miriam Castillo, Tanya Avelar, Felipe Méndez y Giovanni Cervantes. Para la serie DF Alejandra Quesada, Damián Romero, Emmanuel Picault, Carla Fernández, Danae Salazar, Fabiola Zamora y Zemmoa son algunos de los retratados.

Racial Profiling talks about the contemporary Mexican whose identity is the result of a mixture of both race and culture. The serie of NY shows Mexicans in fashion, design, art and food as Miriam Castillo, Tanya Avelar, Felipe Mendez and Giovanni Cervantes. For the DF series Alejandra Quesada, Damian Romero, Emmanuel Picault, Carla Fernandez, Danae Salazar, Fabiola Zamora and Zemmoa are some of the portraits.
