2011 MAM Ball & "Crash the Ball" After Party @ the Fontainebleau
Coinciding with Art Basel Miami and benefiting the Miami Art Museum, the 2011 MAM Ball and the following inaugural “Crash the Ball” Party will take place on Saturday, December 3. To be held on the breathtaking waterfront terrace of the chic Fontainebleau Hotel, the ball will offer guests an exclusive viewing of artist Dara Friedman's video-piece "Dancer", while a big name Miami DJ spins tunes for atmosphere — and dancing, of course. Tickets are $1000 each and tables run from $10,000 to $25,000.
If you're not as flush, but still want to party in style (and help out a good arty cause), the first-ever "Crash the Ball" after-party is taking place following the more formal gala and tickets run a friendlier $150 at door, $100 in advance or $75 for MAM Contemporaries.
