Elektrik Boutique Brings Full-Service Fashion To Las Olas
You no longer need to head to Miami to buy cool clothes with the opening of Elektrik Boutique in Fort Lauderdale. The 1,800 square foot store carries both men and women’s fashion, and if you're so inclined to mix shopping with some alcoholic libations the boutique also features a wet bar. Elekrik Boutique celebrated its grand opening yesterday and we spoke to the ladies behind the store, Stacy Goren and Rory Dougherty about the designers they carry, who will shop there and what the opening party had in store.
What does Elektrik Boutique bring to Fort Lauderdale?
Stacy Goren and Rory Dougherty: A new way to shop on Las Olas. Elektrik is excited to create a low pressure atmosphere that allows shoppers to feel totally comfortable throughout their experience. There's even a wet bar, serving up complimentary champagne and wine. Elektrik Boutique will also feature a full-service fashion experience, meaning that they will accommodate your every need from alterations to scoring a VIP table for the night to flaunt your new outfit.

The boutique is for people who love South Florida style. A mix of locals and tourists will find a huge variety of clothing to suit their day or nighttime style needs.
What were the highlights of the Grand Opening Party?
The Grand Opening party featured Zhantra dancers, an elektrik photo booth, music from DJ Adam Foster, and a great looking local crowd. We had over 200 people throughout the night.
Which designers are you most proud to carry in the store?
We love J. Lindeberg for men, Dolce Vita for women, and we're also proud to feature local designers, giving them a platform to showcase their work.
