Event Recap: Fashion Bloggers Do It Better Summer Edition [Gallery]
Fashionistas flocked to Ricochet Bar & Lounge last night for the summer edition of Fashion Bloggers Do It Better, an event uniting Miami's fashion community. Presented by Refinery 29, the party was hosted by fashion blogger Annie Vazquez (aka the Fashion Poet), as well as Eugy Alliegro and Simonett Pereira of the Goodwill Project.
Guests spilled onto the sidewalk corner of the Midtown lounge to mingle and ogle over local designer wares. Inside, the bar was serving specialty cocktails inspired by the fashion forward crowd with creative names like the Fashion Poet, the Street Style-tini, and #FBDIB2. Portrait artist Erin Una Chainani was on hand creating fanciful neon sketches of the lovely ladies in attendance.
Local designers, shops, and beauty brands set up shop along the bar including Gg, Jewels by Dunn, I Shine 365, and Cutler Salon. The Collins Bridge Eyewear table was packed with people trying on their fashion glasses and transforming into geek-chic alter egos. The grand finale of the evening came with a fashion show featuring the gorgeous gals hosting the event, as well as other fashionable Miami beauties.
