Highbar at the Dream South Beach is turning into dark and stormy Victorian-era Whitechapel, London for its Jack the Ripper-themed Halloween soirée. Get that serial killer-chic and Victoriana-slash-Steampunk gear ready, ladies and gents. Feeling chills?
