New Ultra Lounge Privet To Open in Gulfstream Park
The second floor of Gulfstream Park will be getting a lot friendlier with the opening of Privet ("hi" in Russian), an Ultra Lounge. The new venue is complete with a huge dance floor, multiple bars and lounge areas, as well as a worldly menu with delicious sushi plates. The "Miami chic" club will have its areas for VIP service and private events but will not subscribe to the snobbery of high cover charges and uptight personnel. Privet is expected to be a class act, which is most evident in what they have in store for its opening party on June 23 which will feature a fashion show, cirque acts and DJ's Val Vera and Gary G. and Adam. "We're going to offer our customers a spiritual, mind-bending party every Saturday evening" said Ralph Pagano, VP of hospitality and executive chef at Gulfstream Park. "We're going to be Miami stylish...It will be simple — just cool."
