Société Perrier DJ Mix: Josh LeCash
A funny thing happened the other day when we checked our Twitter and read a tweet from 24-year-old Miami DJ Josh LeCash (pictured, below): "@SocietePerrier needs me to make an exclusive mix for them … i can feel it." We did our due diligence (which means that we peeped his Soundcloud page) and it turns out LeCash is quite the aspiring mixer, regularly playing Miami hot spots such as The Florida Room, Soho Beach House and Grand Central. In addition to DJing Katy Perry's perfume launch, he most recently spun for Betsey Johnson and opened for acts such as Sleigh Bells and Classixx. So after rocking his tunes for a few days we reached out to him and he promptly whipped up a set for Société Perrier.
In this exclusive Société Perrier mix, LeCash, who also helms Spun, a reality-TV show pilot following the lives of DJs, takes us on quite a journey, guiding us across various musical moods and genres. Along the way he drops ace tracks ranging from the soulful (SebastiAn feat. Mayer Hawthorne's "Love In Motion") to the retro (Drop The Lime's "Hot As Hell") and, of course, the party-perfect club anthem (Nervo feat. Afrojack and Steve Aoki - "We're All No One").
