Upcoming Event: Pivot Points — 15 Years and Counting @ MOCA North Miami
2013 marks the North Miami Museum of Contemporary Art's 15th year and collectors Irma and Norman Braman and Rosa and Carlos de la Cruz along with MOCA executive director and chief curator Bonnie Clearwater will be bringing in a new collection of major works to celebrate this milestone year with Pivot Points: 15 Years and Counting. Among some of the artists that will be contributing to this new unveiling will be Uta Barth, Yinka Shonibare, Robert Thierrien, Xaviera Simmons and many more. Their collective presence will be a reaffirmation of MOCA North Miami's essential place in the art landscape since its inception 15 years ago.
