Coffee Cocktails To Please Your Caffeine Rush

Aman Snow Leopard
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Sagatiba Pura Cachaca
1/4 oz Amaretto Liqueur
1/2 oz Heavy cream
3 Drops of rose water essence
1 Shot of Espresso
Preparation:
1. Stir the Sagatiba and Amaretto in a mixing glass filled with cubed ice
2. Strain into a martini glass
3. Layer the cream on top with the drops of rose water
4. Draw an "S" with drops of espresso sitting on top of the cream
Black Maria
Ingredients:
1 oz Dark Rum
1/2 oz Tia Maria
1 Spoon superfine sugar
1 Cup cold coffee
Lemon twist for garnish
Preparation:
1. Combine all the ingredients in cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and stir
3. Strain into a highball glass over ice, or into a chilled cocktail glass
Bacchus Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
2 oz Cruzan Vanilla Rum
1 ¾ oz Kahula coffee liqueur
1 ½ oz Strong coffee, chilled
Preparation:
1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice
2. Shake well
3. Strain into a well-chilled cocktail glass
Blue Ice Raspberry Truffle
Ingredients:
1 oz Blue Ice American Vodka
3/4 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
3/4 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
Fresh whipped cream
Preparations:
1. Pour the vodka, Kahlua and Chambord into a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake well
3. Strain into a chilled, eight ounce cocktail glass or tall wine glass
4. Top with a pile of fresh whipped cream
Aspenlicious
Ingredients:
2 Parts Pearl Lo Coco (Coconut) Vodka
1/2 Part Amaretto
1/2 Part coffee liqueur
1/2 Part Rum
1/2 Part Irish Crème
Splash Half & Half
Dash chocolate syrup
Topped with grated white chocolate
Preparations:
1. Coat a martini glass with the dark chocolate syrup
2. Wet the rim with chocolate syrup and dip in grated white chocolate
3. In a pint glass, mix liquid ingredients with ice, shake strain into chocolate-coated glass
4. Garnish with the grated chocolate on the surface of the cocktail
