Well, you’re in luck, as Brooklyn’s own Love Doctor, also known as Theophilus London, will be stopping at Toronto’s Wrongbar for his appropriately named “Tour de Roses” this Friday night. Surrender to the genre defying sounds of the singer, rapper and fashion icon and his LVRS wearing crew as they perform a mesmerizing mix of London’s debut LP Timez Are Weird These Days.
Just in time for the last day of Fashion Week, embark on Theophilus’ emotional-coaster as he pans from high-energy beats to slower jams; be sure to witness the Renaissance rapper entering “a brand new stage of his life” and pushing the hip-hop envelope through a carefully crafted show exploring the theme of reinvention.
