Event Recap: Ciroc Holiday Tasting [Gallery]

Last night Ciroc held a holiday tasting with mixologist Bill Ray, who prepared three cocktails specifically for the event. Later on guests were invited to create an original cocktail to complete a set of four. The Holiday Ginger Snap was the perfect cocktail to start, made with Ciroc peach, lemon juice, and sage, with a thin slice of ginger and topped off with ginger beer. The Peach Cobbler made with Ciroc peach, hazelnut liquor, heavy cream, and garnished with brown sugar, was the perfect dessert cocktail. Santa’s Sleigh Ride rounded out the night with Ciroc and warm apple cider, honey and cinnamon, and garnished with apple slices and a brown sugar rim. The fourth cocktail, we created with the help of mixologist Bill Ray was called the Mistletoe Kiss and was made with Ciroc Red Berry, lemon juice, honey, muddled cucumber slices, topped off with Perrier and garnished with a basil leaf and three cranberries.
