Experimental Cocktail Club

In France they call Paris’ Experimental Cocktail Club “un joyeux bordel” — a jolly mess. The club took its inspiration from American cocktail bars, now has a place in the country that inspired owners Frenchmen Romée de Goriainoff, Olivier Bon and Pierre-Charles Cros. The Lower East Side’s Experimental Cocktail Club has a larger space than its French counterpart and has a few elements to make it a bit more New York like a crushed tin ceiling. The menu also boasts a selection of cocktails made by Parisian mixologist Nicolas de Soto, all of which are kept secret from the public, giving the spot a level of mysteriousness and surprise. The cocktails may be experimental, but you’re certain to have at ECC.
